Shipping your order

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo Expert, DPD or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages are generally dispatched within two days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo Expert, DPD or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature, depending on the country of destination. Packages can also be sent via UPS Extra with required signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional costs. Delivery times are generally between 24 and 72 hours.

Home delivery

Delivery to relay points

Delivery costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Delivery charges are calculated per order and we recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and delivery charges will apply to each of them. Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected in cardboard packaging. Your package is dispatched at your own risk.

Returns

Returns must be notified via the site's contact form or by sending an email. Once the return has been accepted, the products must be well packaged, include the delivery note that was given with the original package and returned to the address below. If the packaging is unsuitable and the products are damaged as a result, no refund will be made.
